Purchase Orders:

Musical Mart welcomes and accepts purchase orders from all schools located in the United States. We may provide discounted rates on purchase orders for our musical instruments and supplies for certain orders. o place an order by purchase order we will need the following information:

1. A valid purchase order form on/with a school letterhead.
2. Complete billing information.
3. Complete shipping information.
4. A contact person's name and phone number.
5. An authorized signature and the position of the person authorizing the order.

Cancellation of a purchase order must be made within 24 hours from the time we receive the order. Some orders may require further verification and the authorizing agent or district may be contacted by us prior to shipping out the order. Most orders will be shipped within 72 hours depending on the quantity of the order, item availability and need for verification.
